RollCall can track selected 'activities' as they occur. These activities include class registration, new student entry, awarding final grades and scheduling tutoring sessions. You decide which activities you want to track, and enter customized text (or an entirely customized report) for header letters. You can also choose what information will be printed on the letter. If the student is setup to receive information by email, the letter will be saved as a pdf file and sent as an email attachment. Otherwise, the letter will be printed for mailing.
