RollCall can automatically track selected 'activities' as they occur. These activities include class registration, new student entry, awarding final grades and scheduling tutoring sessions. You decide which activities you want to track, and how you'd like to report them. You can use a standard text report or use a customized form you setup using the Forms Editor. If the student is setup to receive information by email, the letter will be saved as a pdf file for text reports or html for Forms and sent as an email attachment. Otherwise, the letter will be printed for mailing.
