RollCall uses the Facilities area to record information about classrooms, clinics/labs and student residences. You can rent these facilities, also. RollCall maintains a schedule for each facility, and provides conflict checking when facilities are assigned to classes, exams, tutoring sessions, etc. Set up facilities information, including building and location, contact person, photo, rental prices and rental units (hours or days, for example) special considerations and a full description. Use the Facilities entry to associate locations, equipment setup and other information with classes.
