PowerVista RollCall is designed to meet your needs from the very first moment the application starts. You have the opportunity to label the various items in RollCall to match your terminology - either at the start or any time you like.  

The initial window allows re-labeling Students, Classes and Exams. Some common choices are 'Members', 'Clients' or 'Associates' for Students and 'Workshops', 'Sessions' or 'Seminars' for Classes. All the field labels, tooltip text and window-associated text inside RollCall refer to the label you have entered.

This window also allows setting application-wide preferences, such as to suppress exams. This is useful for getting acquainted with RollCall without having to look at information that will not be pertinent to your business. 

These items can be modified later using the Administration window. When this window closes, the Tutorial window opens. The rest of this walkthrough follows the Tutorial step-by-step.
