RollCall allows you to attach tutoring programs to each class. You can name the one-on-one relationship anything you like using the Administration->Naming tab. This functionality lets you provide and track extra sessions for each class, and include the hours in the evaluation for the class. You can choose to invoice for the sessions, and also to track the hours by Instructor for export for creating payroll.
