How to Order and Install: Select the type of installation right for your school. Enter the quantity in the field next to the associated Order button, and press Order. When you are finished with your order, press any 'Checkout' button to enter payment information and complete the sale.

You will receive a product key and download link(s) by email. You may either download using the link and install the software - entering your product key on step 3. Or, use the Enter Product Key shortcut on the PowerVista RollCall menu to unlock a previously installed Trial Version. <see additional notes below>

PowerVista RollCall Standard Edition provides everything necessary to manage information for training and education organizations. It includes the PowerVista single-user database engine.

Price: $1,900.00 per installation

PowerVista RollCall Enterprise Edition provides everything necessary to manage information for education and training organizations on multiple work stations. Microsoft SQLExpress 2005 is installed as part of the Enterprise Edition or you have the option of using your currently installed Microsoft SQL Server implementation. If you are upgrading from Standard Edition, you will have the option to transfer all the current data to the new database.

Price: $3,800 per installation

RollCall Application Server provides connectivity between your RollCall Enterprise Edition database and remote administrators. Also installs and maintains web pages for Students, Instructors, Prospects, Course Catalog and web store.

Price: $2,200 per installation

Upgrade from Standard Edition to Enterprise Edition
For existing Standard Edition users who want to upgrade from a single-user implementation to a network implementation. Upgrade preserves your data, and automatically transfers it to the new database. Please call 1-866-PWRVSTA for this order.

PowerVista Standard Development Edition includes a license to the PowerVista Bridge Standard Edition with RollCall Standard Edition. The RollCall application AND the development environment are installed. The development environment allows you to alter RollCall using the tools used to build the application. Source code for RollCall is installed automatically. Your customized application can be installed with no run-time charges on any number of computers to be used in a single-user environment. Note: the development environment is a single developer license. If multiple developers will be altering RollCall, additional licenses must be purchased separately. Purchase discounts will be applied for licenses granted in a development edition.

Price: $2,199 per developer

PowerVista Enterprise Development Edition includes a license to the PowerVista Bridge Enterprise Edition with RollCall Enterprise Edition - both products for one price. The network version of the RollCall application AND the development environment are installed. The development environment allows you to alter RollCall using the same tools used to build the application. The RollCall source code is automatically installed. Your customized application can be installed with no run-time charges on any number of networked computers to be used in a multi-user environment. The target database platform must be licensed and installed before connecting to RollCall. Note: the development environment is a single developer license. If multiple developers will be altering RollCall, additional licenses must be purchased separately. Purchase discounts will be applied for licenses granted in a development edition.

Please note: You will need to accept a standard software license agreement that indicates you have used the available evaluation tools for RollCall (the Trial Version, help file and/or screenshots on the web) to satisfy yourself that RollCall is right for your school. After entering the Product Key, we will do everything we can to make RollCall work for you. Refunds are NOT granted in the case you decide that RollCall is not a good fit for your school after purchase/installation.

Annual Support Contracts for RollCall Standard Edition are available for $475. RollCall Enterprise Edition support contract is available for $950. Support Contracts for Development Editions of RollCall consist of support for the RollCall application and the associated development edition. Please see the Renewal page for ordering information.
