Changes are displayed immediately in the administration client and also the web pages. Changes are immediately available in searches and reports.
Maintaining user-defined attributes for students, prospects and instructors is a three step process. First, specify the information you want to track.
Next, specify the items that match the data you want to track. Indicate whether upload files are stored and whether the attribute is displayed on the web.
Finally, enter the data for the attribute - either in the administration client or on the web site.
